The best thing in this house was the Burnham boiler we installed about 4 years ago. They called for no heat this winter and  I snapped a pic. The thing had never been touched in 4 years. It needed a good tune up and the chimney base was clogged. If it was a gas boiler the people probably could have died because the exhaust wasn't venting properly. The chimney was full of debris from them having work done on the roof.

I'm having my new Burnham installed on Thursday (5/5).  I hope it comes out as neat as this one.  I can't say much for the rest of their basemnt though :-(

 That water isnt from the boiler. Its a Burnham V8 that will last thirty years there. :)
